The Region

One of my favourite places in the area is Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is rich in history, having played a pivotal role in the War of 1812, and it is stunningly beautiful. The area produces some of the best wines in the world as well, and you don't have to drink to enjoy a tour of the wineries.

I'm a musician, therefore I require music! Although some of my favourite pieces had not yet been composed at the time in which I set many of my novels, there is still a wealth of music to delight the ears. Concert-goers in the Regency period might have heard some of the following pieces.
